APP REVIEW: Mdundo Launches The Hottest Music Application In Town!

Over the years music fans have gradually changed how they listen to their music, and what they listen to it on. With the rise of the smartphone technology, it's only natural that now the one device we carry with us everywhere is also our primary media player. And that’s why the biggest Music platform in Africa Mdundo, has decided to better the experience of accessing your local music by the launch of the new Mdundo music App!

Being a free Android application, it is well suited for the majority Kenyan population with android gadgets. It comes with many features that include the ability to get the latest songs right away, via the inbuilt ‘New Releases’ feature that updates the songs as often as possible.

Whence you open the application, on the top left there are three small bars, which once you click on, open up to the different features the application offers; ‘My Music’, which acts your music player with all the songs you download. ‘Charts’, which shows you the top songs in each category and ‘News’, which gives you an all round music information.

Music lovers have the option of either listening to music online, which comes with five seconds advertisements or choosing to pay Ksh.199, which then gives you an alternative of offline access, no ads and high quality music; barrier free, just full access!

Sure, you’ll need to offline some of that from time-to-time, but it's always with you. It's also a pretty solid music player, though you will need to dig your hands in your wallet if you wish to enjoy the app to its entirety!
