Sensational Kenyan vocalist Nikita Kering' has shaken up the Kenyan music scene with her new EP dubbed 'The Other Side'. This is the second EP from the songster after her debut EP 'A Side of Me' which was released in 2021.

'The Other Side' EP houses seven tracks including; 'On Yah (Intro)', 'Last Name', 'Save Me', 'Love Outside', 'Unrelatable', 'Falling Down', and 'Get Through'. The audio production of the EP was overseen by popular music producer So Fresh. So far, 'On Yah (Intro)' is the only song whose music video has been released.

The EP largely tackles the theme of love and heartbreak. Nikita Kering' with her melodious voice takes her listeners through a magical journey full of emotional rollercoasters in the songs. Her ability to evoke emotions makes the whole EP extremely relatable.

The singer maintains the RnB genre of music throughout the whole EP. Nikita has had immense success within and beyond the borders of Kenya, and that might explain why she tailored her music for the whole world.

The EP has been treated to a warm reception among music lovers. It has gained thousands of views across various music streaming platforms and even topped a number of music charts.

Last year, Nikita Kering' made headlines after she was named the Best Female Artiste in East Africa at the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA). She also took home the award of the Best Artiste RnB and Soul.
