Celebrated Gengetone sensation Exray Taniua has released a new track dubbed 'Waganis' in collaboration with the queen of Kenyan rap music Ssaru. 'Waganis' is a club banger that has been tailored to get revellers on their feet.
Exray Taniua does justice to the first half of the song with his smooth flow. The rapper displays prowess at delivering hard punchlines with so much easiness. One cannot resist nodding along to Exray's first verse and chorus.
Ssaru comes in the second half of the song with quite a unique style of rap. She fuses gengetone and dancehall genres to produce a creative blend of flow. Known for spitting her punchlines fast and articulately, Ssaru does not disappoint on this one.
The audio of the song has been produced by Mavo on The Beat under the Black Markets record label. Mavo on The Beat is popular for being behind some of the biggest gengetone hit songs.
The video of the song on the other hand has been directed by Tony De Giggz. It features the artists together with talented dancers who vibe to the song.
Exray had taken a break from producing solo music projects and it appears that he is now officially back. The last song that he released was 'Sijanona' featuring Mejja and Odi Wa Murang'a approximately six months ago.
