Over the past few years, Afro beat music has been receiving good viewership in Uganda, with local artists jumping on the trending genre. In this article, we review some of the top trending Ugandan Afro Beat artists of 2021:

John Blaq

John Blaq joins the list of artists who have had a good run under this genre. With his top songs being; ‘Sitidde’ ft. Chris Evans and ‘Tokutula’ ft. David Lutalo among others.

Eddy Kenzo

Sheebah

The TNS singer is one of the most consistent female artists in the country. A number of her songs like Boyfire, Yolo, Nkutuse and 'Bwejoya' ft. Namala have become fans' favorite.
