Tiwa Savage Sets Date For Release of Her Water & Garri EP

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Tiwa Savage has finally announced the release date for her highly anticipated EP, Water & Garri. The project will be released on the 20th of August 2021.

Tiwa Savage a few months ago hinted that an EP titled 'Water and Garri' was on the way. She even went ahead to host a private listening party for the project that has already gotten a green light from veteran American record producer, Pharrell Williams.

"This Friday fam #WaterAndGarri," the 41-year-old singer posted on her official Twitter handle alongside a short video of Elsa Angel trying to explain the idea behind the EP's title.

The EP will serve as the first solo project from Tiwa Savage this year. It will follow up on the 'Celia' album that the multiple award-winning singer released in August 2020.

'Celia' which is the third studio album by Tiwa Savage featured guest appearances from Sam Smith, Naira Marley, Stefflon Don, Dice Ailes, Davido, and Hamzaa.
