Juliana Kanyamozi Denies Speculations of Retiring from Music

Celebrated Ugandan songstress Juliana Kanyomozi isn't done reigning over the music industry. She has blessed fans with amazing music over the years and she says she is not retiring anytime soon.

The talented vocalist has been off the music scene for a couple of years as she concentrated on being a mom. Since her return to the country, she has not held any media interviews but uses her social media platforms especially YouTube to answer fans' questions.

During one of the sessions, Juliana Kanyomozi took time to address fans' concerns on whether she had retired from music.

"Music for me is a lifetime job. It is not something I intend to retire from. The word 'retire' doesn't even make sense for me when it comes to someone who is in the arts." she said. 

Juliana Kanyomozi further revealed that her music career has been a platform she uses to inspire and communicate to people; therefore she cannot quit.

"This is a gift I was born with and God has given me a platform to inspire, teach but also to entertain people. God expects me to use it then why would I wake up one morning and retire?" Juliana Kanyomozi questioned.

Juliana further revealed that she is currently in studio creating music that will soon be released. "The thing I know about music in particular is that the older you get the better you come. So I sit down, come up with concepts, talk to songwriters and we plan recording sessions." She said,
