Buju has just released a brand new record, "Outside" his first single of 2021
The new single was released under his own imprint, To Your Ears Entertainment, which suggests he has now parted ways with Burna Boy’s Spaceship Entertainment.
Buju is having the year of his life. The singer already had two number 1 singles on the Naija Apple Music Top 100 Chart this year. He achieved this feat on the two records he was featured on; Blaqbonez’s Bling and Ladipoe’s Feeling of which has given him the much-needed push and more audience to release his first solo single of 2021.

On Outside, Buju talks about his fears, mistakes he made earlier in his career and how he has now learnt from them, shaping him into a better artiste. He goes ahead to voice how much he’s now dedicated to the hustle and will pay all loyalty to it. Seems like Buju tried in the subtlest of ways to address his exit from Burna Boy’s Spaceship Entertainment and hint at possible causes of their supposed fallout. There’s no concrete reference to back this up in full anyways.
