Macky 2 Opens up on Muzo Alphonso’s Exit from Alpha Entertainment

A few months ago, Muzo Alphonso shocked his fans after leaving Alpha Entertainment. He is alleged to have had a misunderstanding with hip-hop star Macky 2 who is the owner of the record label.

After his exit, Macky 2 tried to reach out to the singer to iron out their differences but he was adamant.

In a recent interview with Zed Trend, Macky 2 said Muzo’s exit was a big lesson for him as it helped put an objective explanation of who a friend is.

Here is what Macky 2 had to say about it all:

“The thing is Muzo Alphonso is not my friend. Some people are colleagues and others are industry mates and the fact that we were in the same school with someone doesn’t mean you’re automatically friends. We don’t meet neither hang around. What are friends for? If your definition of friendship is ‘hi, hi’ boss jump on then I can say Muzo aka Alphonso is my friend but if the definition of friendship is people hanging around with you stand behind you and fight for you then that’s friendship.

“I don’t expect Muzo aka Alphonso to follow me studio Alpha Entertainments. I don’t want to act like Muzo owes me. If Muzo aka Alphonso is my friend, then he will post my name 12 times a day that’s friendship but it’s not happening right now because we’re not friends. We are industry colleagues.”
