"Sponono," from Kabza De Small's massive 27-track album I am the King of Amapiano: Sweet and Dust, was one of 2020's most popular singles. Pleasant refers to the melodic version of amapiano, while dust refers to the unpolished version. Kabza De Small's music was further introduced to foreign audiences thanks to his collaboration with Nigerian artists Wizkid and Burna Boy on "Sponono."
MFR Souls
The producing and DJ-ing duo from Katlehong, a township on Johannesburg's eastern outskirts, has played a key role in the growth of amapiano, which began as an underground movement with only a small group of dedicated fans. "Amanikiniki" became a hit after the success of their single "Love You Tonight," which featured DJ Maphorisa, Sha Sha, and Kabza De Tiny. Kamo Mphela's vocal feature and popularity as a dancer and social media celebrity were key factors in the song's success. With the release of an accompanying music video featuring Mphela, the song grew in popularity even further.

This one of the hottest tunes in the game. This track may stand the test of time. It's infectious amapiano beats are quite the force to be reckoned with. In addition to that Dj Maphorisa imparts an ear worming hook that will definitely have you doing a jig in no time. Khuza Gogo
The single is the ideal way to kick off the weekend. The track's vocals and production are both excellent. With quirky lyrics reminiscent of the underground Pitori amapiano scene, where DBN Gogo's DJ career started in 2017, "Khuza Gogo" is sure to keep dance ablaze.
Ke Star
Focalistic's breakthrough hit is "Ke Star." The song went viral shortly after President Cyril Ramaphosa declared a state of emergency in the country in early 2020. Focalistic took advantage of people's boredom and released the three-track EP Blecke, which includes "Ke Star." Ke star and Davido had quite the midas touch on this big tune.
