Roberto, Jay Rox Release New ‘Mamacita’ Video

Zambian RnB star Roberto has dropped a new jam dubbed ‘Mamacita’ featuring Jay Rox.

It is a banger with moving beats and edges closer to a dancehall song. But it still has the element of ‘softness’ in it.

‘Mamacita’ is a love song which sparked a debate on why Zambians should support their own.

 “We need to be supporting Zambian music and watching our very own on YouTube,” Tobias Tembo said.

Ivan Mapoma added: “You people are underrated you have crossed the borders multiple times I don't know what the people of Zambia want…This is Fire everything on point.”

A couple of days before releasing the song, Jay Rox and Roberto choreographed a beef where the latter accused the former of stealing his ideas.

“Still Disappointed. Did he address the issue? NO. Jay Rox, I saw your 1 paged list of achievements. As an upcoming artist, this is impressive. I will send you a ream of paper to print out mine. It will surely inspire you to roar louder in your chicken run,” Roberto posted.

Jay Rox would then respond “Very childish!!! Imagine using the artwork of an album that won best album and best dancehall awards. Put some respect on Outside The Rox and some respect on my name. And since you claim I copied you, release the idea of your so called video I stole the concept from? You claim to be professional right? Show us the treatment for the video?”
