Pallaso Explains Why he Flew Back to South Africa Despite His Near Death Experience

Ugandan singer Pallaso has explained why he chose to travel back to Tefoteni, South Africa a year after his near death experience during the 2020 Xenophobic attacks. In a recent interview, Pallaso noted that South Africa has massive opportunities he needs to take his career to the next level.

"I still have the injuries but I moved on. This country has big opportunities and has many of my fans who can't afford to miss watching me because of what people feel. They are better than us in many aspects like videography that can push our industry if we work with them," Pallaso said.

According to Pallaso,he has taken extra pre-caution to ensure he remains safe during his stay in South Africa.

"I'm concentrating on what brought me here and I'm only traveling to scheduled places. But so far,so good. My friend picked me from the airport to show me that I'm safe," Pallaso added.

The Team Good Music boss last year shocked the country when he appeared in a Facebook live video during the attacks, begging people in the area to rescue him.
