Nigerian Afrobeat artist Starboy Terri has dropped a hint that he is working on a new song which will be released soon.

Terri, one of the fast-rising musicians in the Nigerian entertainment industry posted on his official Twitter handle about the latest development.

He tweeted: "New music in a little" an indication that the song is almost done.

Starboy Terri is currently signed to Wizkid’s record label, Starboy Entertainment.

His last project was the debut EP 'Afroseries' which he released early in 2020.

The EP that has no featured artists houses 7 tracks including 'Joro' and 'Kill Man ' both of which have official music videos.

'Joro' video released on May 1, 2020, has over 3.2 million views on YouTube while 'Kill Man' video is the most recent project from Starboy Terri which he released on December 17, 2020.

The anticipated new single will be the first for Starboy Terri since he released the 'Afroseries' EP whose production was done by top-class Nigerian producers including Killertunes, Iambeatz, SARZ and Blaise Beatz.

Current aged 21, Terri was originally known for making covers of popular songs and it is through it that he gain attention, especially after doing a cover for Wizkid's 'Oshe' single.

Known for his distinctive, soulful and mesmerising penmanship and vocal projection, Starboy Terri first came to the limelight when Wizkid introduced him in the hit single 'Soco'.

His first single under the Starboy Entertainment record label was titled 'Bia'.
