Ykee Benda Crowns Pallaso Uganda’s Best 2020 Artist

Celebrated Ugandan musician Ykee Benda has crowned Pallaso as his best artist of 2020 for his amazing music all throughout this tough year.

2020 has been a year to reckon especially in the music industry. Due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, the industry suffered a great blow after the government banned public gatherings and closed bars.

Many artists held back on releasing new music, arguing that there was no point in spending money recording new jams, yet they won’t be able to perform them for fans and get a return on their investment.

However, The Team Good Music boss was one of the few artists who stood their ground releasing a couple of songs which eventually paid off as his hit ‘Malamu’ is one of the biggest songs in the country this year.

As the debate on who had the best music in 2020 takes stage, Ykee Benda believes Pallaso deserves this crown.

He hailed his tremendous work and good music, adding that Pallaso ought to have ended  2020 with a MAMA Awards nomination because he deserves it.

In addition to ‘Malamu’, Pallaso dropped other songs that include; Ani Oyo, Wankuba ft. Bruno K, Enyuma ft. Skylar, Akomelerwe and Mubaya ft. Don MC.
