Bisa Kdei’s Song used for Netflix Christimass Special Jingle Jingle.

Ghanaian Highlife artiste Bisa Kdei says that the movie producers of the new Netflix Christmas special Jingle Jangle contacted him through email to write a song for them.
Bisa Kdei revealed this during his interview on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM. He stated that after the early conversation, the movie production team had wanted to use his 2018 hit song Asew in the movie but that did not happen after some reflections on they wanted.
According to the production team, they wanted something original and relevant to the story that they were telling. The original song talks about a young man addressing his in-law while the Asew Jingle Jangle focuses on a grandchild who is conversing with her grandfather.
Bisa Kdei told host of the show, Andy Dosty, that he has been working with the production team for over a year but due to the boundaries of the non-disclosure agreement, he could not talk about it. He also revealed that during his interaction with the production team, he learned that the director’s wife was a big fan of his music and the couple also appreciated his originality, a trait that influenced their choice.
“When they told me the movie was coming I was excited. Getting all the love and messages was so beautiful,” he said
