The nominees for the 2020 STARQT awards have finally been announced after weeks of waiting.

This is the 7th edition of the South African-based award gala.

This year, the STARQT awards will be honoring persons who stood during the lockdown in various sectors including; lifestyle, entertainment, unsung heroes, business, community, and sports.

Several Ugandan artists including; Rema Namakula, Spice Diana, Sheebah, Eddy Kenzo among others have been nominated for the awards.
