Okyeame Kwame Explains Why He is Being Managed by His Wife

Kwame Nsiah-Apau popularly known by his stage name as Okyeame Kwame has disclosed reasons behind him having his wife Annica manage him.

Speaking in an interview on TV XYZ with Legends host Agyemang Prempeh the ‘rap doctor’ said that his wife is a very experienced manager and has all the qualities that managers require.

“My wife is my manager. For about a decade my wife is my manager,” he said, adding, “My wife has worked in the makerting and branding space for a long period of time. She has had stints with Guinness Ghana Breweries, and Unilever Ghana Limited.

“As well as the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) legal department. She’s a legal and marketing background. If these combined she’s to be the one to manage me,” He said.

He further added that there is a management team that works closely with his wife to ensure the smooth running and growth of his brand and music career.

“I have about a 12-member management team. Those who work online on social media and production. I have management team and my wife is the head. She supervises the team and foresees their daily activities including implementation of organigram, schedule plan to release songs. I have Public Relations manager. In fact I have manager for everything,” he added.
