Nasty C has rereleased a new single dubbed ‘Palm Trees’ off of his yet to be released album titled ‘Man with Some Power’.

‘Palm Trees’ is an ode to his becoming in the music industry juxtaposed against living large in LA which is a sign of a good life. In essence, this is a braggadocio hip-hop single and Nasty C is asking everyone who might care to, “look at me, I made it.”

The single is created on a one range hip-hop beat that is layered with what sounds like a progression of strings played in one tone from a guitar and a progression of bass drums hit once and stretched out through the song. It allows Nasty C to switch up his flow at any one point in the single.

The video is created around LA nights and so it has coloured helium lights and neon colours; from clothes and make-up; playing against them. The video includes a number of dancers whose forms are created by the neon colours on them. Nasty C is grilled out in many scenes; his hair, his face with some gold watches acting as a mask, his glasses and his teeth.

Zulu man is going through evident musical growth and this album is definitely going to hold many of fans’ best songs. Catch a vibe with Nast C on ‘Palm Trees’.
