With many of Nigerians affected economically by the Coronavirus Pandemic, there has been several efforts to offer such people support.
One of such efforts is led by The Reach Project, an initiative set up to provide food relief to the vulnerable and undeserved in Rivers State.
Under the project, food packs have been distributed to various needy people in the state.
Popular Nigerian singer Burna Boy has been sponsoring some of the group's activities.
Recently, the African Giant sponsored the Reach Out Project to visit the elderly who were handed food packs.
In a tweet, Reach Out Project said: "The Reach Project
Yesterday, we visited a critical group of the elderly in Tombia community of Rivers State, to hand out our family food packs, fully sponsored by Mr @burnaboy."

Burna Boy in a reply to the tweet noted how happy he was to be involved in which noble initiative.
"Thank you @TheREACHNG it’s always a pleasure working with you . I am just Glad to play my Part for my people in Rivers State. #projectreach #bewonderful," he said.
Early in June, Burna Boy had also sponsored the Reach Project with food donations for vulnerable locals in Egboama Ogbolo and Mbiama towns in Rivers State.
At least 300 families benefited from the support.
Burna Boy was born in Port Harcourt but his family is originally from Ahoada, a small town in Rivers State in the south southern part of Nigeria.
The singer is currently preparing to release his fifth studio album titled 'Twice As Tall' and has already dropped a song off the upcoming project.
The new song 'Wonderful' was released at the end of June and an official video premiered on July 1.
