Lianne La Havas Keeps Our Spirits Happy in New Video For Her Single 'Can't Fight'

Lianne La Havas has been keeping us patiently waiting for her new album and into it, she has given us a little peek with her new release, ‘Can’t Fight’.
‘Can’t Fight’ is love translated into many things; completely giving yourself into the whole idea of being in love with either another soul, with yourself or things. Being deliriously happy with the place of love you are in and you don’t want fight it.
The single instrumentation is very soulful and sticks to some Lianne basics such as the guitar and minimalism; I think this makes it easier for Lianne to perform her music without taking too much from it with just her guitar. The guitar riff played on ‘Can’t Fight’ sound like a faster progression of Lianne’s ‘Elusive’ especially at the beginning and at the end of the song.

The video is an insight of Lianne’s days in quarantine with a standard scene of Lianne playing the guitar against a blue backdrop. We watch Lianne get excited, go for walks with her dog, eat and enjoy a beer in the street, pick flowers and get bored; we are watching Lianne get through her quarantine days the best way she knows how to.
