Who is Daddy Andre in 3 words?
Haha, Good one. Well Daddy Andre is a recording artist, songwriter and producer
What inspired you most to venture into music?
I would say, we all want to put out a message either to a close friend or fans and if it has a little rhythm, I think the message is better received. So I have always wanted to share my stories and what better way than through music
How has the experience been for you considering that you are a self taught producer and now producing hits with great hit makers?
You got some vocal training from musician #Maro... How did you two meet and are you still working together to date?
I have known Maro since we were kids, he was one of those artists I looked up to and he helped me when I was starting my career. We actually did a song with him called Nsambya. We are still together, yes.
Which musician or producer have you always looked up to and why?
I respect all producers out there doing their thing and I personally appreciate them all because they are my brothers in this industry. However, I have always enjoyed Washington he has been in the game for a long time and his work is really awesome
What are some of the things that define your work ethic in your music journey so far?
Haha, If I tell you, I would have yo #killYou lol. But Like I mentioned earlier, it just hits me and I feel like why not talk about this or that. It's from either an encounter during the day or a memory that I'm inspired to talk to my people rhythmically
Tell us about your current chart topping song #Tonelabila with
@KATATUMBA... How did it come about? Do you have a story behind it?
Well we have been good friends with Angella for quite a while. So towards this year's valentine's day, we thought why not give our fans a better gift than just roses because roses fade but memories last.
What's your most memorable moment as a producer and with which artist?
Tough one Face with rolling eyes.. It's been great times with every artist I have worked with probably one of my best was with
@JohnBlaq when we did Don't stop a freestyle became a mega hit just like that. But it's really been great times all through.
You decided to do it differently on the #TugendeMuChurch video... How was it for you and how did your fans receive it?
This is actually something the team did for the fans and it was us giving back to them for all the challenges they have continually done. So this would be a great question actually for them. We hope they liked the video.
Who are some of the artists in Uganda and beyond that you can't wait to produce hits for them?
Well, the list is endless but some of those would be Red san, Diamond Platinumz,Wyre,
@Marouganda CB maybe. But one day at a time

As we wind up, what's one assumption that most people have about you?
haha.. well I wouldn't really know exactly because am an open minded person willing to work with anybody for as long as you believe in yourself that's all that matters
