James Arthur Releases New Single 'Safe Inside' and Its Lyric Video

We agree that the most beautiful music is sad music and for some reason James Arthur stays sad. Listening to his new single ‘Safe Inside’ you will understand why this statement stays true.
‘Safe Inside’ is a beautifully written single that carries a lot of emotion with just the lyrics. James Arthur in this song reflects on past mistakes in a previous relationship which then comes with the realization that he was not ready to let go of his lover. So, he asks them to let him know when they get home because unlike before, he will not sleep until he is sure that they are safe inside.
‘Safe Inside’ is layered on a very minimalistic beat (as is signature with a lot of songs by James Arthur). There is something very stoic about the single which sounds like different pianos, simultaneously playing being layered to create a rhythm. James Arthur has a very articulate and raspy voice that engulfs the beat and it sounds like he is playing and singing at once with just his voice. He makes a sad ballad overloaded with all the necessary emotion.
James Arthur has again given us a single to add to our break-up playlist and really, in hindsight reminding us that it is safer inside. Sanitize, wash your hands, stay home and catch a vibe with James Arthur on ‘Safe Inside’.
