How Ugandan Rapper Mun G Intends to Celebrate 10 Years in Music

Celebrated Ugandan rapper Mungi Emmanuel Matovu commonly known as Mun G Mato, is excited to mark ten years in this dynamic music industry and he plans on celebrating it in a special way.

Announcing to his fans, Mun G revealed that he will be holding a music concert to mark this special milestone.

However, plans are still not confirmed due to the outbreak of the deadly corona virus that led to the banning of shows, concerts and public gatherings.

"I had plans before COVID, I still have plans. If we are released very early, I have to make a concert for my people. People have been there for me all this time so this year, towards the end of the year, I want organize a very good concert for my fans," the ‘Bintwala’ hit maker revealed his plans during Saturday’s Club Beatz At Home concert.

Mun G's breakthrough came in 2010 when he released his famous hit single 'Ebintu' making him fans' favourite and earning him a place in the Hip Hop industry.

He joined G.N.L Zamba's Baboon Forest record label and released more hit songs.

He later started his own music label Kunta Kinte, and he is currently among the best rappers in Uganda at the moment.
