TUMA Awards nominee artiste Josh Buxton is an interesting figure in Ugandan gospel music. He has been silently achieving things that many artistes, even those who have been in the industry way before him only dream of.
If you don't know what he has done a few years since his music career kick started then you are not following the Ugandan music industry closely. But that is a story for another day.
For now, here is the news: the 'Lwaaki' singer has taken the industry by the horns and joined other powerful mainstream artistes to record a song about the grave world pandemic, the Corona virus (covid19). You remember Bobi Wine's 'Corona Alert' that made international acclaim? Or 'Corona Distance' by Bebe Cool and his friends? Well, something like that. Or even better.
The Scope Music star has joined three other talented artistes to record an Afrofusion song entitled 'Stay At Home'. The collabo perfectly matches the current advice by World Health Organization as a guideline to prevent the corona virus infection.
