Chloe x Halle Feature Swae Lee in Their New Release 'Catch Up'

Chloe X Halle had a livestream some weeks back and they teased a collaboration with Swae Lee and this has finally been released. The Beyonce signed sisters released their single ‘Catch Up’ over the weekend featuring Swae Lee and Mike Will Made-it.
‘Catch Up’ is a single about a toxic relationship of sorts; cheating and suspicions of it, lack of commitment and the two can play that game. It is a love story wound up in a single song beautifully.
Mike Will Made-it obviously is the producer of the single and he has his signature bop feel to every song he touches. It is no different for this particular single. The beat is a riff off of an acoustic guitar. From that tune, Mike layers it with occasional bass drops and an amplified version of the guitar. He then manipulates this to how fast the different elements progress through the song.
Chloe x Halle are known for their mad range with each complimenting the other; Halle hits the high notes and Chloe goes lower that her. Swae Lee steps onto this beat to sort of balance off these two voices. They synchronize and harmonize with the three voices so seamlessly.
This is definitely a chorus that will be hard to get off your mind once you listen to; it is that playful and beautiful to the ear. Catch a vibe with Chloe x Halle and Swae Lee on ‘Catch Up’.
