Ugandan artistes are tired of negative comments from fans who are always bagging them to give them food and money amidst the lock down due to the corona virus pandemic.

Private organisations, businesses and activists are giving donations through the COVID-19 task force to help vulnerable Ugandans, and a section of music lovers thinks Ugandan artistes are not doing enough during these tough times.

Ugandan dancehall singer Cindy Sanyu is the latest victim of criticism on her social media pages, and she is really tired of the bullying.

It all started when Cindy shred the recap of her 'Boom Party' concert that happened at Lugogo Cricket Oval, also letting her fans know that she was working on a DVD to summarize the special event.

For the massive support and filling out the concert, a fan asked Cindy to contribute to the government program of providing essentials to the vulnerable during these hard times, because he believes she hugely reaped from her concert.

"Baby Cindy King Herself we supported during boom party but our king, some support to your fans who are starving now" the fan said.

But Cindy was not ready to be bullied and had a quick reply to the comment, telling Ongom to contact the government for free food.

"It is the truth. There is food for the vulnerable poor like Mr Emmanuel Ongom here. They just need to go to the right place which is not here. It is the responsibility of the govt and your food is with your RDC. Bambi don't starve on my page for nothing." Cindy replied.
