Beka Flavour Drops ‘Corona’, Joins List of Musicians Creating Awareness on the Virus

Tanzanian music star Beka Flavour has dropped a new song dubbed ‘Corona’, sensitizing the public on the deadly coronavirus.
The song is highly timely, and comes at a time when several corona virus cases have been reported in the East African region.

The new release aims at creating awareness on how to keep the deadly virus away.
In ‘Corona’, Beka Flavor educated the public on preventive measures that include; avoided crowded areas, washing hands regularly, and social distancing among others.
Following the release, Beka joins a number of musicians from the region who have released songs on the same subject. Some of the musicians include; Rayvanny, Gimmy Gait, and Madini Classic among others.
Through their releases, the musicians have proved that their work is not only to entertain, but also to educate.
The songs will go a long way in sensitizing the public, especially people in rural areas about the deadly virus, and how to keep it at bay.
Meanwhile, the town of Wuhan in China where the virus was first reported has closed make shift hospital, and recorded zero new infections over the past few days.
This has created hope globally that a cure could soon be found.
