Eddy Kenzo's 'Tweyagale' Tops Most Played Song on YouTube Africa

Another day, another record for trending artist, Edirisa Musuuza commonly known as Eddy Kenzo as he continues to export Ugandan music to the world.
After securing top spot in YouTube's top artists in Uganda for the month of February, Eddy Kenzo has set another record after his new song 'Tweyagale' topped the list of most played songs in Africa last week according to Google, a parent company of American video platform, YouTube.
The announcement was made on Friday by Google Africa.
“#YouTubeFridays: Here is what you guys have been jamming this week on YouTube. We are always down for some @DjMaphorisa , a bit of @winkydonline, party time with @davido and @eddykenzoficial and of course @diamondplatnumz. Happy Friday,” the ost read accompanied by a screenshot of most played songs.
In 'Tweyagale' (Luganda word to mean, let us have fun, or let us enjoy life) Kenzo talks about challenges he has faced in life thus encouraging people to have fun.
Just a little different from his usual beats, Tweyagale is a bit slow with a 'danceable vibe'. The audio was produced by A Steyn and the video was shot and directed by Gryem Films International.
It was released on 4th February and has already garnered over 1.2 million views on YouTube with rave reviews.
It comes shortly after the release of his hit single, 'Ssemyekozo' which is still trending nation wide.
