Top Kenyan female musician Nadia Mukami has dropped a new song dubbed ‘Jipe’ featuring Tanzaian musician Marioo.
The new release is her 9th studio single and her first track off her upcoming EP, 'African Popstar The EP.'
‘Jipe’ is an afro pop love song that revolves around an African Couple expressing their love and telling off their exes that they have found better.
Like all her other songs, the vocals are on point with perfect rhymes at the end. Listening to the new release, I’ll bet you’ll replay it over and over again.
The chemistry between her and Marioo is flawless you’d think they have been singing together for years.
Less than an hour after it premiered, the video has already managed over 2,000 views on YouTube.
The new release has also elicited massive reaction on Twitter and is currently trending at position 5, under #JipebyNadiaMukami.
Despite being young in music industry, Nadia has a huge following in the country. Music pundits credit this to her high quality relatable music which is appealing to young people.
