Ugandan artists stage concerts but Edirisa Musuza alias Eddy Kenzo has decided to do it differently this year as he will be hosting his fans in a festival dubbed ''Tweyagale Festival'. This is the first ever music festival in Uganda and in East Africa, we only know Diamond Platnumz' ''Wasafi Music Festival''.

But ever since he announced the dates, social media has flooded with reports that everything about his carnival was being paid for by the government mainly because of the big venue; Kololo Airstrip which is mostly known to hold government ceremonies.

Reports earlier circulated on social media showing motorcycles branded with the ruling party color, Yellow, claiming that they are the ones Kenzo will be gifting his fans.

The Big Talent boss denied this rumor saying the propaganda was being spread by what he terms as 'music mafias' who are working hard to see that his show fails.

"Those were not mine but for the propagandists. The music mafias hid behind politics . Even politicians who fear me thinking I'm a big deal and want to bring me down also joined the group. They started their propaganda but those boda bodas were not mine. Ours are different and will not be branded and I will be taking the money out of my pockets plus the ones from my sponsors. There is no politics in this."

"I clarified that the venue is paid for and I showed you the venue receipts and the money with all the stamps. So I do not know what else they want besides that." Eddy Kenzo said in an interviews.

He also had final words for his fans cautioning them not to listen to any rumors that come up because most of them come from people who want to drag him down.

The 'Ssemyekozo' hit maker will be giving out many gifts on that day. Boda Bodas because the riders are his biggest supporters, cookers and school fees reasoning that he may not have gone to school but wants to show fans that education is vital.
