Patoranking Partners with ALU to Offfer Scholarships to African Students

Patoranking has unveiled ensuring a scholarship program called Patoranking Scholarship and has announced his first music festival called the Africa Reggae & Dance Festival.

The program, which is titled the ALU Patoranking Scholarship, is in conjunction with the African Leadership University (ALU), and is geered toward offering every Nigerian and African student access to standard education. It offers 10 students full scholarships to study at the innovative university at the onset and is set o accommodate even more as time goes by.

The scholarship was named after the singer, who encouraged its creation and plays an active role in selecting its recipients and raising money to ensure its continued success. Patoranking believes that exceptional leaders and change-makers can come from anywhere. In addition, he noted that financial constraints should not be a hindrancefor the next great African innovators from gaining the tools, skill sets and networks to bring their ideas to life.

Patoranking is an award-winning Nigerian dancehall musician who has made crucial moves over the past few years with his genre blend of Dancehall, Reggae and Afrobeats which has allowed him to create a distinct sound recognized by fans around the continent.
