H.E.R releases all her feels in new single 'Comfortable'

H.E.R has been giving us glimpses of a new project in the past couple of weeks but without letting it be labelled as either an album or just an EP. She has now released a new single dubbed ‘Comfortable’ and it is everything but comfortable for your feels.
Comfortable is a love song in its simplistic explanation. It is H.E.R talking about being in a situation where she totally loves the other person. She beautifully builds this love letter to the other letting them know what it means for her to be in their presence.
The song, very similar to the one she released some weeks back, ‘Sometimes’ is very acoustic and chilled out in nature. She incorporates the acoustic guitar with a bit of the electric one and there is very little to no layering on these two instruments. This sort of arrangement and instrumentation gives H.E.R the freedom to oscillate between her comfortable voice and her head voice and she takes advantage of this beautifully.
It is without doubt that H.E.R is an artist who loves her neo-soul and her RnB and she doesn’t feel the need to choose between one because she can, in all her genius have them co-exist in one amazing jam. Catch a vibe with H.E.R on ‘Comfortable’.
