Yvonne Darcq releases stimulating new E.P Re-action, A must listen!!

Some things are hard to write about. After something happens to you, you go to write it down, and either you over dramatize it, or underplay it, exaggerate the wrong parts or ignore the important ones. At any rate, you never write it quite the way you want to.

Singing sensation Yvonne Darcq however, doesn’t mind taking the bull by its horns and letting her emotions flow freely in her music. Which is most evident in her new E.P "Re-action".

“Re-Action is based on a phase I have gone through in my life & the music industry. The intro Pretty much describes the E.P. Re-Action is a project that contains a lot of emotion, diversity and transformation, most importantly we had lots of fun creating it. Re-Action is very dear to my heart & I am extremely excited to finally share it with you all” opened up the singer.

During the first listen of the album, there’s an internal shift that happens, almost like the very act of listening has altered your cell structure. A mind altering experience that has you getting in touch with the deepest of your emotions. It also has a an equal dose of fun in it so for the not so emotional, Yvonne still has you sorted out.

Her vocals seem to communicate directly with the soul and I personaly have replayed the intro over and over tirelesslyIt is not easily described but it is easily felt. There is a sense of cumulative magic in her songwriting, production, setting, mood, emotion and concept of the different songs which I feel is the glue that has held the entire album together.

This is currently one of the best albums to drop this year and I wouldn’t be surprised if she got an award for it. If you have not listened to the album, then your missing out on the time of your life.
