Bas features Ari Lennox and Kiddominat on new single 'Amnesia'

It is exciting to watch Bas get into his element every single time and have the mainstream media take notice of his alternative style of hip-hop. He has now teamed up with Ari Lennox and Kidoominat for his new single ‘Amnesia’.
Amnesia is an afro-pop bop that will have you believe that there was a Heavy K touch to it but really Bas executes this really well. It is a simple song with a lot of repetition which is however well arranged in a beautiful way that makes it a little less noticeable.
The video is colour and more colour on more colour. There is a lot of African culture represented with the video starting off with a pot of jollof rice. There are a lot of black women in all their glory in the video; bantu knots, braids, locs and just dripping with all that melanin magic. And like all black parties, there is a lot of dancing in the video.
Bas raps, Kiddominat comes through with Nigerian pidgin and Ari Lennox graces the song with her smooth harmonies and vocals; definitely the one song you need to add to your dance playlist. Catch the vibe that is ‘Amnesia’.
