Music fans in Kampala are furious after award winning Congolsese star, Fally Ipupa cancelled his concert.
The singer was expected to perform to his Ugandan fans on Friday 13th at Lugogo Cricket Oval but unfortunately plans didn’t go as expected. The much awaited event came to an anti-climatic end as Fally did not step foot in the country.
The Kampala concert had to be rescheduled as the head liner couldn’t make it.Concert goers got word of the cancellation from 243 Events, the organizers of this concert who put up a notice released on Friday 13th afternoon, regretting the incidence.
According to the notice, the artist missed his scheduled flight to Kampala on 12th and efforts were being made for him to arrive in time before 15th Sunday where he is expected to perform at the Green Light stadium in Arua.
This has already sent a wave of panic amongst revellers who bought tickets but might not be able to watch him perform in Kampala.
