Okiemute Releases Debut EP 'A Star'

‘A Star’ is the one bop any lover of Nigerian music never knew they needed and Okiemute is the artist that we all needed to experience this. Okiemute has released her EP ‘A Star’ and the 4 track project is made of hit after hit.
The singer and her producer infused bass, drums and a number of different traditional instruments for the making of every track. Okiemute has a voice that carries the roughness of a rapper and the softness of a singer which is a great layering on that kind of instrumentation. Like every Nigerian, her lyrics are a mix of her native language and Pidgin English.
The EP has no feature but she is all she need to make the star that she is. Practice all your Zanku and everything else while listening to ‘A Star’ now available on all streaming and downloading platforms.
