THAMANIYA (means 8 in English). This project is about mental death & rebirth. It’s similar to the story of a Phoenix, how it sets itself in flames to die and rise from the ashes for its rebirth
THAMANIYA (means 8 in English). This project is about mental death & rebirth. It’s similar to the story of a Phoenix, how it sets itself in flames to die and rise from the ashes for its rebirth. I find myself having self-sabotaging behaviour that holds me back from my true potential, that self-sabotage is the flame and I’ve been on the flame for a long time. I had to let go and see how low I can go before I decide to climb back up. This project is vulnerable, brave & a farewell. The number 8 means abundance, balance (material & spiritual) and it’s the recurring number in my life, the first apartment I ever moved to where this project was created was unit 8 and I was born on the 8th.
