Tanzanian Megastar Rayvanny is back into the music scene with a fiery ‘GimiDat'. The bongo superstar tag teams with Nigeria’s finest Mayorkun. The two artist come from different worlds so they blend their music to come up with a new beautiful sound.
GimiDat' has a new fresh filling to it with its blend of dancehall, bongo and afrobeats. Rayvanny intros the song with a huge splash of his Bongo and swahili patois.Verse after verse, he slays the Abbah produced beat with romantic lyrics. Mayorkun makes a smooth incision to the beat and drops a solid verse to compliment the vibe the whole song carries.
The midtempo track was shot in Nigeria and directed by MR C. Mayorkun has decided to take his music outside the borders of Nigeria with other collaborations. He has another collaboration East African act, Arrow Bwoy. He featured on Arrow’s ‘African Mama' giving him more recognition on the African continent. Kudos to Rayvanny on ‘GimiDat' it’s a fun filled masterpiece.
