Diamond Wins Top Award in London

Celebrated Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz on Sunday bagged a top award in London.
The renowned musician won the ‘Philanthropic Endeavour: Community Action’ Award from Best of Africa Awards (BOA.)
Speaking after emerging victorious, Diamond said the award will motivate other musicians in Africa.
"First of all, am so grateful and honoured to receive this award, and I believe this award will motivate more youths back home and to change the mindset of a lot of musicians," he said.
This year, Diamond has been releasing one hit after the other making him one of the most followed musicians in the region.
He has also worked with various top artistes and produced major hits that have taken the continent by storm.
A quick search on YouTube shows that most of his songs boast of millions of views.
