#MdundoCelebrityLunch: Talking of The Journey That Got Syombua to Kyasyoki

Bryan and Emmanuel were the two lucky winners last Friday; who got the opportunity to have lunch with afro-fusion queen Serro Huldah. This came in the wake of her latest hit release ‘Kasyoki wa Mitumba’.
Courtesy of Mdundo, lunch with Serro was up for grabs via a lyrics challenge run on Mdundo socials. Fans of Serro were expected to complete part of her new song’s lyrics, in the quest to bag a lunch hangout with her.
#MdundoCelebrityLunch is hosted at the New For You Chinese Restaurant. Emmanuel got caught up and could not make it but Bryan did have the time of his life.
Questions flew around, conversations got heated and memories definitely made.

Serro lit up the room, her jovial extravagant personality beamed as she shared her experience growing up, her music career and some of the ups and downs she has had through her journey..
One of the stories that left all in stitches is how she changed video locations last minute due to bad weather, and had to shoot the video while it was raining. Her narration simply out of this world.
Meeting Serro, getting to know her story, and finally dining with her made lunch a moment to cherish.
