Wakuu Features Boondocks Gang in New Song ‘Mangwa’

Wakuu music group has produced a new song dubbed ‘Mangwa’ featuring Boondocks Gang.
The song produced by Hashtag Recordhouse premiered on Saturday, and is not doing so well online. So far, it has over 18,000 views and 160 comments on YouTube.
The song has a dancehall theme and is expected to be a club banger thanks to the amazing beats.
It is part of the ‘gengetone’ style of music that features quick raps and flowing rhymes.
The two groups are part of several musical formations that have taken the Kenyan music industry by storm thanks to their new style of music that is appealing to the youth.
A part from the two, other groups that have heavily invested in ‘gengetone’ include; Ethic, Ochungulo Family, Sailors among others.
