UGANDA'S FIK FAMEICA FEATURING JOEBOY ON 'WANSAKATA'

Your favorite Uganda artist is back with more wood for the fire. Walukagaa Shafik popularly known by his stage name Fik Fameica is on a winning streak in 2019. The Kampala based rapper has grown his music and his brand through out the year. Early this year he got to perform ‘Too Much’ at the prestigious Coke Studio. On the same stage, he tore it up with Mozambique rapper Laylizzy on ‘Next'. In his recent exploits his hooked up with Nigeria’s Megastar Pato Ranking for a crazy collabo on ‘Omu Bwati'. It’s been wins all year for the 256 ambassador.
The show is far from over for Fik. He recently did unexpected collaboration with Nigeria’s Joeboy. You may know Joeboy from his hit song ‘Baby’. The new single is dubbed ‘Wansakata'. The afrodancehall jam is a real piece of work. Fik tears the beat with his Baganda wordplay, you might not understand what his saying but has that never stopped you from enjoying tracks from International act, Wizkid. Joeboy brings a bit of Lagos with him on ‘Wansakata’. His Nigerian diction goes hand in hand with the afrodancehall making a mellow flow to the track. He also supports Fil’s rap with small interventions adding weight to Fik’s bars with adlibs. ‘Wansakata' is about a woman who brings love and comfort to Fik and Joeboy.
