Mariah Carey Is Mixed-ish

Kenya Barris came with the hit show Black-ish and from it, there was the spin-off show once Zoey Johnson went to college, Grown-ish. Kenya has then created another spin-off show based on the life of Bow Johnson, as she was growing up a mixed race child in and trying to now fir in the black community. The spin-off show will be known as Mixed-ish.

Mixed-ish is still in production and Kenya Barris has contacted Mariah Carey for the show’s theme song. Mariah Carey will co-write and produce the song and of course lend her vocals. Mariah describes this as an honour seeing that she too was a mixed girl growing up in the industry and seeing that now she has grown into the woman that she is a great representation of who Bow Johnson is mirrored in the show to have grown into the woman she is now on Black-ish.

We are excited about the possibilities of this new show and more so, for some fresh music from Mariah Carey.
