Genge tone is making waves in the Kenyan Music Scene. “Sponyo” hit maker Gwaash is featured in another lethal banger dubbed “Hama Mtaa” . I hope revellers are ready for this one because your going to dance the night away with this one on repeat.
The track is produced by Pro Spyke. The video is full of beautiful girls dancing while the artist through bars into the track. The hook is really catchy “Nilihama Mtaa, siku hizi Naishi kwa bar” which translates I moved from home and now I live in a bar.
The song depicts that nobody ever wants the party to stop, you might as well never leave the club because of all the fun one can have. In terms of genge tone, Gwash and The only one Delo (chupa kwa chupa hit maker) are among the few artist not carried by the wave of group made music, because that is the wave in Nairobi with hot groups like Ochungulo family, Ethic and Sailors always on repeat on our radio stations, Gwash and Delo show that you can still make it as a solo act.
