Jidenna Doing “85 To Africa”

After the success of his “Classic Man” and the release of his debut album “The Chief” and spectacular features like in “Particular” , Jidenna went ghost for more than a year now and he is breaking the silence with his new album release “85 to Africa”
Jidenna has given us a taste of the album on two pre-released tracks, “Tribe” and “Sufi Woman” as well as a teaser trailer for the album. The singles are a culmination of his travels in Africa after being unexpectedly evicted from his home in Atlanta just days before leaving on tour. He reveals all of this in the album teaser trailer. The occurrence inspired the new album.
“Tribe is a soulful trap tune while “Sufi Woman” is all about Jidenna’s vocals. The “Classic Man” hit maker hasn’t been quite clear about the album’s release date but the two tracks already dropped are magical and should keep us at bay as we wait for the next installment.
