Meet Kenyan Female Dj Making A Kill In Germany

Locally, if you ask any music fans about Philly Ojallah alias DJ Aisher, most of them will tell you they have never heard of her. However, in Frankfurt, Germany, she is one of the most sought after DJs.

In an interview with eDaily, DJ Aisher noted that she learned how to deejay on YouTube, adding that her major breakthrough came when she enrolled for a deejaying competition in Frankfurt and won.

“It opened my eyes to more opportunities and directed my will towards doing more practice. People thought I was good but deep down I was not comfortable, I knew I still had much to do in order to be within or beyond deejays standards,” she said as quoted by eDaily.

Her prowess has seen her play for renowned musicians including; Wizkid, Davido, Timaya, J Martins, Sauti Sol, Otile Brown and Ali Kiba.

She is set to host popular Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz in September.

DJ Aisher revealed that she is currently organizing an international Ramogi Festival in Germany scheduled for later this year.
