Mahalia Gets with Burna Boy to Release 'Simmer'

Mahalia has released a new song, ‘Simmer’ and on it she has featured Burna Boy. The English singer has put on edginess to her alternative to this song which rounds up well with the Nigerian’s cool voice that is always laced with some rough edges. They both present to the audience a very cool vibe to the ear.

Simmer has a very dancehall feel to it from the onset which is outside Mahalia’s usual sound and I would assume that is how she ended up bringing Burna on the track. From the onset you can feel the Red Rat influence on the song. Burna does some harmonies all throughout the song which is amazing and when it is time for him to jump on the beat he does not disappoint.
