The Blissful Weekend at The Elephant

obi nights hub for a while now for artists and their fans. For a minute now also, the crew there has been holding workshops for songwriting, storytelling and other cool and creative stuff. After the workshops, they then once in a while bring to stage an example of what they have or wanted to achieve.

Over this weekend, live at the Elephant stage was Atemi and Eric Wainaina and around them was their very cool and bubbly fans. They fed the crowd with a live band and music from their different albums through their careers. The outside setting with pallet seats, ottoman seats and hay bundles would later in the night lose all meaning as everyone was on their feet dancing. At a point through the night, we would all lose our heads over Omawumi stepping on stage and jamming with the crowd for like two minutes.

I don’t know how your weekends are set like but if you do get the chance to be at the elephant, be there on a weekend where live magic is happening.
