Guardian Angel to perform for Uhuru days after releasing patriotic song ‘Kenya”

Award winning Gospel singer Guardian Angel has been shortlisted among Musicians set to perform for President Uhuru Kenyatta and Kenyans at large during the 2019 Madaraka Day celebrations.

An official poster put up by the Permanent Presidential Music Commission (PPMC) has unveiled Guardian as the first act for the Madaraka Day performances, meant to go down on June 1st, in Narok County.

“The countdown to #MadarakaDay2019 officially begins!!! 10 days to go...We are proud to present @guardianangelglobal#ppmckenya #alwaysatyourservice,” reads an update from PPMC.

Permanent Presidential Music Commission

The Nadeka hit-maker has been picked days after he released a song tittle "Kenya" sponsored by the Permanent Presidential Music Commission (PPMC).

The Permanent Presidential Music Commission (PPMC) is a government department whose mandate is to coordinate music and dance activities in the country and spearhead the development of mere entertainment activities into a stable industry.

According to Guardian his new song "Kenya" is meant to remind his fellow countrymen that God loves Kenya despite the many challenges they are facing.
