Soulful Indie artist Osanjo, is one of Kenya's most appreciated niche artists. Her journey in music goes way back and she began to officially perform while still at the university.
She first broke into the scene identifying with the tagline ‘your favourite sub sub zero underground singer, songwriter and guitarist’. She however recently chose to re-brand following fan requests to ‘your favourite indie artist’.
Osanjo has graced stages such as Fire and Ice Concert, The Indoor Getaway and Pop Up & Chill. She has hinted the release of ‘Fupi EP’ that was earlier in March still in works by talented young producers and we can’t wait to see what’s in store.
Having come to light with a number of well done covers, she just released her debut introductory single into the industry ‘Imma Be.’ It takes a laid back easy feel that is simply lovely to the ear. She says ‘It's a song of promises and affirmations to a potential partner.’ Simple and perfect. Audio was produced my MG Studios and Video by Abu Mburo of Carbon Studios.
