DJ Kafi Now Serving His Greatness on Mdundo

Mdundo is warm with excitement welcoming one of Kenya’s most influential DJ cum Producer, DJ Kafi. Richard Kabiga has over the span of years worked to establish a steady competent brand that now stands as a trusted one. He steps into Mdundo with the release of his latest ‘Ama Vipi’ featuring Woyez and Alejandro ‘keUriosity’ EP.
DJ Kafi started his music journey at USIU radio where he met his career mentor Gmoney and from then on, his has shared his genius talent at renowned airwaves such as Uptown Cuts where he djed and hosted Jamdown and West Connect Shows.
His flag continued to fly high as his mixtape ‘No Longer Trapped in Africa’ got recognized as the mix of the quarter on MTV official website in 2017. He also toured alongside Muthoni Drummer Queen in 2018 as he worked on his ‘keUriosity’ EP.
He affirmed his skill as a producer when he released ‘Baddestting Remix Pack’ that got major positive reception; an extremely creative set of Kenyan remixes. He now hosts JSHRB and is a guest on One FM and Capital FM.
The talented lad has graced concerts huge as Davido Concert, Alaine/Chris Martin Concert and Omarion Concert just to mention a few. He plays in big clubs around Nairobi and you might also bump into him on K24, NTV and What’s Good TV stations. It only gets better.
